GC灌浆材料在合肥ABB公司应用情况实例

一、注浆前厂房地坪的情况

合肥ABB公司是一家生产大型变压器的中外合资企业,是在合肥变压器厂基础上改建而成,生产车间利用部分旧厂房,其地坪承载的力小,而ABB公司生产的均是大型变压器,每台重100-150吨,由于受到长期超载使用,地坪下沉严重,区域面积2000余平方米,有的下沉深度超过15cm,严重影响了生产正常使用。

二、地坪注浆情况

今年五月我公司应ABB公司要求,承担了ABB公司地坪注浆工程。

1.用上海洋泾水泥厂生产的GC灌浆材材料(地坪专用)进行单液注浆

GC灌浆材料的主要性能:

凝结时间初凝:1:02

终凝:1:31

自由膨胀率1天0.10%

28天0.23%

净浆强度(Mpa)1天25.0

28天55.0

2.厂房地坪注浆面积2100平方米,注浆量30000余立方米。

3.注浆方法

灌浆材料加水机械搅拌后,用压力泵将冻液注入灌浆孔,注浆完毕后将注浆孔封闭。

三、使用效果

用上海洋泾水泥厂生产的GC灌浆材料(地坪专用)进行单液注浆结束后下沉地坪上升恢复原状(地坪高差小于1cm)第三天地坪可正常使用,放置重达100-150吨的变压器,至今已注浆加固的厂房地坪经过四个多月的载荷使用,没有发现下陷现象,用户反映良好。

这次合肥ABB公司地坪注浆取得予期的良好效果。由于分期分批进行注浆,没有影响正常生产。上海洋泾水泥厂生产GC灌浆材料是一种无机单液灌浆料,成本低、强度高、耐久性好、施工方便、见效快,可作为地基加固或其他工程部位的灌浆材料。

GC Grouting Material Application Example in ABB Company

I. Factory building floor case before grouting

ABB Company was a sino-foreigtn joint-venture enterprise which produced large-scale transformers,which was established on the base of Hefei Transformer Factory.The existing factory building was used for production workshop,its floor loading force was small,while ABB Co.produced large-scale transformers,each equipment was 100-150t.As overloading had been undertaken for a long time,the floor was subsidence seriously,the area was up to over 2000 m2,some went down over15cm,which affected production seriously.

II. Floor Grouting Case

Invited by ABB Co last May,out company undertook floor grouting engineering for ABB Co.

1. GC Grouting Material(Special for Floor)produced by shanghai Yangjing Cement Factory was cast by single liquid grouting.The main properties of GC Grouting material were as follows:

1) Condesing time:Primary condensing:1.02

Final condensing:1.31

2) Free expansion rate:1 day 0.1%

28 day 0.23%

3) Net Mortar Srength(Mpa)1day 25.0

3day 36.0

28day 55.0

2. Grouting Area offactory building floor 2100m2,trouting quantity over 30000m3.

3. Grouting Method:

After water was added with grouting material and mixed by machine,the pressure pump was used for casting grouting into grouting holes,after grouting,the grouting hole should be sealed.

Result of use:

GC Grouting material(special for floor)produced by Shanghai Yanjing Cement Factory was cast by single liquid grouting,after grouting the factory building floor returned to the original situation(the floor error was less than 1cm),the 3rd day the floor could be used ,and fixed 100-150t transformers,so far 4 months has passed,any mistakes had not been found,the customer felt it very good.

This Hefei ABB Co.floor grouting achieved good result which we expected.Using separating and batch by batch grouting,so it did not affect the normal production.GC Grouting Material produced by Shanghai Yanjing Cement Factory was a inorganic single liquid grouting material,with low cost,high strength,good durability,convenience construction,and seeing fast result,and it could be used for foundation reinforcement or other engineering grouting material.

特快硬混凝土在大面积施工应用成功

Express Hard Concrete Large Area Construction Application Successful

由上海市政工程研究院研制的特快硬混凝土在上海市隧道管理处的支持下,在洋泾水泥厂的配合下,89年在上海市打浦路越江隧道大面积水泥混凝土路面抢修工程中获得成功。

打浦路隧道路面由于长期受到地下水侵蚀,不均匀沉降,繁忙的交通流量及超载等因素的影响,破损面积较大,路面板体破碎严重。针对复杂路况,上海市市政工程研究所结合隧道的实际情况,改变一般路面混凝土的施工工艺,使路面混凝土的平整度、精糙度、强度及耐磨性均达到了应急抢修的要求,完成了2800平方米的路面抢修任务。

特快硬混凝土及其维修技术的研制是市建委针对上海市市政设施现状下达的科研项目,它的成功应用填补了水泥混凝土路面快速修补的空白,其大面积应用已达到世界水平。

特快硬混凝土是采用上海洋泾水泥厂生产的硫铝酸盐超早强水泥,并与厂特种水泥应用技术研究土的易施工性,又弥补了普通混凝土养生期长影响城市交通的缺陷。如:可大面积连续浇筑,浇后仅养护四小时就能通车(四小时抗压12.0Mpa抗折2.8Mpa)减少交通繁忙和要塞路段地面施工带来的影响。

实践证明,采用特快硬混凝土维修水泥混凝土路面,其费用远低于环氧混凝土及其它早强混凝土,具有良好的经济效益,它的成功应用也为市政工程的水泥混凝土路面改造和利用开辟了一条新的途径具有广阔的应用前景。

With the support of Shanghai Tunnel Administration and coordinating of Shanghai Yangjing Cement Factory,the express hard concrete developed by Shanghai Municpai Project Institute was used successfully for emergency large cement concrete road surface repairing engineering of Shanghai Dapu Road Cross-Over Wangpu River Tunnel.

Dapu Road Tunnel road surface was suffered from underground water subsidence,busy traffic and heavy loading,etc.influences,the large area of surface broken and damaged.For the complex road situation,Shanghai Municipal Engineering Institute linked the actual cases of tunnel,the common road surface concrete construction process was changed,to make road surface concrete leverl degree,rough degree and strength as well as wearproof all reached to the requirements of emergency repair,and finished 2,800m2 road surface repair work.

The development of express hard concrete and its maintenance technology was ordered by Shanghai Construction Commission for Shanghai municipal science project,its successful application made up the cement concrete road surface fast repair technology,which large area application has reached to the world level.

The expressed hard concrete is adoptecd by aluminum sulfate superstrong cement produced by Shanghai Yangjing Cement Application Technology institute,and after test and develop,it formed.It not only has easy construction of common cement,but also make up the short of long time concrete protection of common concrete which affected the city traffic.If large continual casting,after 4 hour could open traffic,(4 hours compression pressure 12.0 Mpa,anti-folding 2.8Mpa),it would not affect the city traffic and key road underground construction.

The exampl approve that using express hard concrete to repair cement concrete road surface,the cost was lower than epoxy concrete and other early strong concrete,it had good economic benefit.Its successful application developed a new gold road for cement concrete reform and application of municipal engineering,and it had wide application future.

上海虹桥国际机场停机坪混凝土修补报告

Report for Concrete Repair of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Parking Floor

上海虹桥国际机场停机坪使用频率较高,又因年久失修基础不均匀沉降等诸多因素,已出现裂缝剥落、露筋等破损现象,在混凝土施工缝边缘破损尤为严重影响了飞机的正常起飞和降落,急需加以修补。由于不能封闭机场,只能利用深夜飞机停飞的短暂时间进行施工、抢修、因而要求修补的混凝土在4h后就能供飞机正常使用。便于工作原来没有如此超早强的混凝土技术,只能用沥青混凝土不断临时填充,这不仅不能彻底解决混凝土破损问题,而且在夏天沥青软化污染了飞机轮胎,甚至溅到机身上,同时停机坪及跑道内也到处是黑色的沥青痕迹/这不仅引起了国内航空公司的不满,而且国外航空公司也有意见。针对这种情况我们利用上海洋泾水泥厂研制生产的硫铝酸盐超早强水泥,进行修补试点工程,并且取得了成功。在此基础上于1989年7月-10月,利用深夜飞机停飞的6-7小时时间对混凝土停机坪进行修理,混凝土修补量约70立方米,修补面积500多平方米,另外还抢修了两块5x5m的大块混凝土。停机坪破坏的混凝土修复,确保了飞机的正常使用。

The parking Floor of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport had not been repair for many years.The foundation Homeogeneous subsidence,cracks and reinforced steel were appeared.Around the concrete construction,the cracks are even serious,mit affected the airplanes launching and landing,and needed to be rpaired at once.As the airport could not be closed,only used the stoppong flying short time to construct and repair,so it required us that the repairing concrete had to be used in 4 hours for airplane flying.But originally,we had not such kind of superstrong concrete technology,onsy used asphalt concrete to fill it as temporary filling.This could not solved concrete damaged problem,asphalt soften polluted the airplane tires,event to eh plane body.At the same time,floor and running road were also suffered from blace asphalt.This not only caused internal airline company unsatisafction,but also the external airline opinions.For such kind of cases,we used aluminum sulfate superstrong cement developed and produced by Shanghai Ynagjian Cement Factory.The superstrong cement was tested by institute for repairing,it was successful.On the base of this,from July to Oct.,1989,using 6-7 hours at night without flying,we repaired the concrete floor.The repairing quantity was about 70m3,and repairing area was about 50052.In addition,we also repaired two pieces of 5x5large block concrete.The recovery of stopping plane floor damaged concrete ensured the airplanes flew smoothly.

地基加固二次灌浆的无收缩灌浆材料

GC625无收缩灌浆材料在上海黄浦江(南京路~东方明珠)行人观光隧道工程新工程SK系统应用情况实例。

一、注浆前行人观光隧道工程SK系统的情况

上海黄浦江行人观光隧道新交通SK系统共设浦东和浦西两个车站,车站间距离约为650米,其运行车辆为单独的无动力型车辆,车辆可以通过回转缆索上的夹紧装置由缆索驱动或者通过固定在轨道之间的驱动轮摩擦驱动。这种将高空缆车系统应用于隧道中的新型轨道交通系统,是由法国SYSTRA公司研制的设备。根据法方技术要求,SK系统转道固定支撑墩和其它重要设备的地基加固需进行二次灌浆,要求采用一种无收缩水泥灌浆材料,材料应具有浆液流动性好、结石强度高、无收缩性、无毒无害、不污染环境等特点。

二、地基加固二次灌浆情况

在上海隧道工程股份有限公司总承包的黄浦江行人观光隧道工程中,我单位承担了其中新交通SK系统的设备安装工程。

1.采用上海洋泾水泥厂生产的GC625灌浆材料进行SK系统轨道固定支撑墩和重要设备地基加固二次灌浆。

GC625灌浆材料的主要性能:

1)砂浆配合比: GC625灌将材料:粗砂:水=1:1.5:0.38

2)初凝时间:1h30min 终凝时间:2h25min

3)流动度>500mm(自流平)

4)强度3d抗压强度61.3Mpa 抗折强度9.1Mpa 28d抗压强度可达75Mpa以上

5)自由膨胀率(%) 3d0.0828d<0.20 2.注浆方法 根据配比灌浆材料加水机械搅拌后,将浆液注入灌浆孔,注浆完毕后注浆孔封闭。

三、使用效果

用上海洋泾水泥厂生产的GC625灌浆材料,在SK系统轨道固定支撑墩和重要设备的地基加固二次灌浆后,经过测试性能达到设计要求,取得预期良好效果,由于分期分批灌浆,成本低、强度高、耐久性好、施工又方便、见效快,并受到法国SYSTRA公司专家的好评,可作为地基加固的灌浆材料。
